I have been thinking about this post since long before Mother’s Day. Waiting patiently for the words, the right words, to pair with the video. And until today, I was sure the words would come, but no. And so, I still write, write about the lack of words and what little I can say. I can say that today, amidst my oversaturated Monday, I came to realize the lack of words just may be the result of overwhelming emotion. Big, big emotion and love I have for these sessions. I mean, a mother captured with her children- enough said. This speaks to me in ways larger than most any other type of image that comes across my screen. I want to believe most mothers feel the same about pictures of the like. So, a loss of words but a heart full of emotion. And that’s what I can say.
